Governing documents

Our governing documents apply to everyone who works for, at or with Reitan Retail, including employees in our business areas, employees of our franchisees, suppliers or other partners.

The guidelines are crystal clear when it comes to human rights, safety and security, equality, diversity and inclusion.

The documents also include how we handle anti-corruption and compliance with legislation. They define everyone's duty to report any suspected breach of the policy.

Breaches, or suspected breaches of our guidelines, can be reported to the employee's immediate manager, to the manager's manager, or through our whistleblowing channel.
